At our Annual Meeting on August 6th, our Board of Directors approved the final ranked project lists recommended by our technical and citizen committees for the 2025 regular and riparian SRFB grant rounds. This concludes the local review of the projects. A big thank you to all of our project sponsors, TAG, CC, and Board of Directors for their hard work.
Next, our Lead Entity Coordinator, Cheyne Mayer, will present these lists to the Salmon Recovery Funding Board in Olympia on September 17th. We are submitting 12 projects for funding totaling ~$2.9M of investment in salmon recovery in our basin. We look forward to the state approving our ranked lists and awarding funding—stay tuned!
