On April 1st, the Board of Directors of the Yakima Basin Fish and Wildlife Recovery Board will meet in Richland (with a Zoom options for those that need it). We hope you can join us!
We’ll start the day at 10 am with a tour of the Bateman Island Causeway Removal Project, the Amon Creek Thermal Refugia Project and water stargrass harvesting equipment. We’ll then do a pizza lunch at 12:30, followed by a 1 pm workshop featuring a presentation on Salmon Safe certification for municipal projects, discussions with the Klickitat Lead Entity coordinator and a review of where we are at in the Board’s 2-year work plan. We’ll end the day with our 2-4 pm business meeting.
